We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business hours. If your inquiry is urgent, please mention that in the subject line of your email, and we will do our best to expedite our response.
3.Consultation:
Once we have reviewed your request, we will either provide you with the necessary information via email or schedule a consultation call to discuss your needs in more detail.
4.Follow-Up:
After the initial consultation or inquiry, we will ensure consistent communication, providing updates or clarifications if needed. If you require additional information or adjustments, we are always available to assist.
Report Requests
For organisations or individuals requesting reports on supervision sessions, please allow 5-7 business days for the completion of standard reports. Complex or comprehensive reports may take longer, and we will communicate timelines based on the scope of the report.
